PASEAR LOS PERROS – ABIERTO AL PÚBLICO
Acude al albergue los martes – sábados entre de las 7 – 10am y 6 – 7pm y los domingos de 8 – 10am para pasear los perros. Ven con tenis y un sombrero o gorra. Será solo un perro por persona a la vez. Toca el timbre cuando llegues a pasear al perro. ¡A los perros les encanta caminar y se emocionan mucho cuando escuchan el timbre! Los niños mayores de 12 años acompañados de un adulto pueden pasear perros.

SERVICIO SOCIAL
¿Sabías que LCHS es un gran lugar para obtener tus horas de servicio social para completar tus estudios? Todos los días los estudiantes están aprendiendo cosas nuevas sobre el cuidado de los animales y cómo funciona un refugio de animales. Los perros y gatos les dan una gran bienvenida todos los días cuando llegan. Envía un mensaje a través de WhatsApp al 624-121-5144 para registrarte o recibir más información.
CONVIÉRTETE EN VOLUNTARIO REGULAR – ¡TE CAPACITAMOS!
El refugio abre al público de martes a sábado de 7am – 7pm y domingos de 8am – 2pm. Estamos cerrados los lunes.
Hay mucho trabajo por hacer en el refugio y necesitamos algunos voluntarios dedicados para comprometerse con tan solo cuatro horas a la semana (o más si quieres.)
Ayúdanos a alimentar o bañar a los perros, limpiar jaulas, comederos y bebederos, alimentar gatos, limpiar cajas de arena y quizás otros trabajos también. Es un trabajo duro, pero los animales cuentan con tu ayuda.
También necesitan asistencia de ventas en Huellitas, la tienda de segunda mano que dona 100% de sus ventas al refugio. El trabajo implica desempacar, segregar, exhibir y vender la gran cantidad de artículos donados que se reciben regularmente.

Siempre estamos buscando voluntarios para nuestro equipo que pueden ayudar con limpiar a la facilidad, alimentar a los perros y gatos, lavar a los perros, la recaudación de fondos, eventos y proyectos para mejorar nuestro refugio.
¡No tienes que vivir aquí para ayudar! Necesitamos voluntarios de redes sociales, preferiblemente bilingües, para crear contenido para nuestras páginas de Facebook e Instagram. WALK THE DOGS – OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
Come to the LCHS Tuesday – Saturday between 7 – 10am and 6 – 7pm and Sunday from 8 – 10am to walk the dogs. No dog walking on Mondays. Wear sneakers and a hat or baseball cap. You may only walk one dog at a time. Ring the doorbell when you arrive. The dogs love to go for walks and get so excited when they hear the bell! Minors over the age of 12 accompanied by an adult are welcome to walk dogs.

VISIT WITH THE CATS – OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
Cats would love to play and cuddle with you! Come to the shelter’s new cattery Tuesday – Saturday from 7am – 7pm, Sunday from 8am – 2pm to help them socialize while they wait for their forever home.
BECOME A REGULAR VOLUNTEER – WE’LL TRAIN YOU!
The shelter is open to the public Tuesday – Saturday from 7am – 7pm and Sunday from 8am – 2pm. We are closed on Mondays.
There’s much work to be done and we need dedicated volunteers to commit to as few as four hours a week (or more if you like!)
Help us feed and bathe the dogs, clean cages, food and water bowls, feed cats, clean litterboxes, and maybe other jobs too. It is hard, but rewarding work and the animals are counting on your help.
Sales assistance is also needed at Huellitas, the thrift store that donates 100% of their sales to the shelter. The work involves unpacking, segregating, displaying and selling the myriad of donated items that are received regularly.
You don’t have to live here to help! We need social media posters – bilingual preferred – to create content for our FaceBook and Instagram pages. For more information about this opportunity, email Charlotte, our social media volunteer coordinator.

OTHER VOLUNTEER ACTIVITIES
We are always looking for volunteers for our team who can help with cleaning the facility, feeding the dogs and cats, washing the dogs, fundraising, events and other projects to improve the shelter. If you are bi-lingual, we would use your help posting on our FaceBook and Instagram pages. You can be anywhere in the world and do this, so location is not an obstacle!
